The Friends of the North Village Library group will hold a meeting on Feb. 27. The featured topic will be a presentation from the Paradox Players community theater group.
Speakers from the Paradox Players will include:
- Ann Edwards – producer/director
- Charles Hill – actor/director
- Kathryn Govier – coordinator of volunteers
Discussion topics include:
- Overview of 10 years a theater group
- Best and worst experiences of a producer
- An actor’s observations of theater in Austin
- Volunteer opportunities with Paradox Players
- Questions and answers from the speakers listed above
The meeting also will include the monthly North Village Shorts — audience readings of favorite short poems and stories. All are welcome to read.
