The North Shoal Creek Neighborhood Association WILL host the 12th Annual Neighborhood July 4th Independence Day Parade and Celebration. The parade will form on Crosscreek Drive beginning at 9:30 AM and will begin at 10:00 AM to parade around the block. After the parade there will be refreshments, face painting, balloon sculpting, and “Prizes for Patriots” on the school grounds and Pillow Park in celebration of Independence Day.
