The future character of the North Shoal Creek neighborhood is up to you.

The Planning and Zoning Department is hosting two key meetings on community character and land use coming up on December 3rd and January 21st. The North Shoal Creek neighborhood planning area includes everything surrounded by US 183, Burnet Road, Anderson Lane, and Mopac. We invite every resident, business, and property owner in the neighborhood to join us to discuss the future shape of North Shoal Creek’s community character. The next meeting will be on Saturday, December 3rd, 2016, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pillow Elementary School cafeteria.

Please join us for refreshments and a conversation with your fellow residents about your neighborhood. A limited amount of child care will be available at the meeting; please call Debora Gonzalez at  512 974-7973 to see reserve space in advance. The discussion on community character will continue on January 21st, 2017.

In addition to the upcoming meetings, please visit the North Shoal Creek Plan web page for more information about the neighborhood and the planning process. Presentations and results from our first two meetings can be found here. Please take a look through what you have told us is important in making North Shoal Creek a more complete, more connected community. If you were unable to attend the meetings and have comments, please send them to me at the email address below.

We look forward to helping you chart the course for North Shoal Creek!

Sincerely,
