Thanks to Sandy Perkins, we now have the deed restrictions for each of the 6 subdivisions of our neighborhood. I have placed all the documents online for you to access if you are interested. You may or may not have received a copy of the deed restrictions when you purchased your home. Most of these documents were written in the early 60’s. (Except for the North Shoal Creek Estates documents)
