The North Shoal Creek Neighborhood Association (NSCNA), based in Austin, Texas, serves the residents living in the area bounded by MoPac Expressway, Research Boulevard, Burnet Road and Anderson Lane.

The NSCNA is a Texas non-profit corporation 501(c)4 and its purpose is to promote and protect the quality of life, safety, residential characteristics and property values of the neighborhood specifically, and all neighborhoods generally.

NSCNA membership is open to all adults who physically reside within the North Shoal Creek neighborhood, including renters and homeowner residents.

The NSCNA is not an HOA (Home Owners Association). Unlike an HOA, neighborhood association membership is voluntary. Read more about this distinction at Neighborhood association – Wikipedia .

We hold general membership meetings multiple times a year to update the residents on current issues and projects that the NSCNA has been working on. Please check our homepage at www.nscna.org for the date and time of upcoming meetings.
