Notice has been received that an application has been filed for rezoning of of property located at 8200 North MOPAC Expressway from LO, Limited Office district to LR, Neighborhood Commercial district. It is understood that the rezoning will be for an interior portion of the building located at the Northwest corner of Steck Avenue and North MOPAC. The notice was given since the property is within 500 feet of the NSCNA boundary.
The hearing by the Zoning and Platting Commission is scheduled for January 15, 2013 at 6:00 p.m.
The hearing by the City Council is scheduled for February 14, 2013 at 2:00 p.m.
